Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Gaamya Return and Exchange Policy

At Gaamya, we are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and timeless designs to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be just right. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make this process as smooth as possible for you.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange

1. Timeframe: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Customized or made-to-order pieces, sale items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only under specific circumstances:

1. If your order was cancelled within 5 hours of placing it.

2. If we were unable to process your order due to unforeseen issues.

 

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to your original payment method. For all other cases, exchanges or store credit will be offered instead of refunds.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

1. Initiate Request: Email us at support@gaamya.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number, item details, and reason for the return or exchange.

2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways unless it’s due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process the refund, store credit, or replacement within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@gaamya.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund as per your preference.
